Custard Powder Biscuits
Punya
banyak custard powder di dapur, bosan kalau dibuat dessert seperti
dessert ala Pakistani seperti biasa.
Selamat mencoba........:-)
"Custard Powder Biscuits"
Ingredients :
- 12 ounces self raising flour
- 125g softened butter
- 4 ounces custard powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 8 ounces caster sugar
- 80g white chocolate, chopped
Let's cooking:
Take sugar and butter in an electric blender and blend till they become light and fluffy. Put in the vanilla essence as well as the eggs into the blender and mix again till all the ingredients are fully blended.
Transfer this mixture into a bowl and add flour and custard powder by sifting it through a sieve.
Fold in the white chocolate and mix till the mixture turns into a soft dough.
Take small pieces of dough and roll them in the shape of balls.
Place them in baking trays which are lined with baking paper or sheets.
Flatten the dough with the help of a spoon or fork and bake them in a 180 degrees C preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Let the biscuits cool for five minutes in the oven itself. Take them out and serve after they are cooled completely.
